Put all ingredients except milk in a bowl and mix. Add enough cold milk to form a firm, smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. I have a food processor that makes kneading easier for me. But by hand, it doesn`t take more than a few minutes either.
Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick on a worktop dusted with corn flour and cut into any shape. I always make pretty diamonds. Fry the donuts in hot oil.
These donuts do not soak up full of oil and become soft and crispy at the same time.
Tip: Serve for breakfast with a mixture of brine cheese mashed with a fork and sour cream in a ratio of 1: 1.
