We combine cottage cheese, cheese and an egg. Salt to taste.
Mix well.
Add half the flour and start kneading the dough.
Add the remaining flour little by little and knead until the dough gathers into a lump. You may need a little less or a little more flour, depending on the moisture content of the curd.
We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 6 parts.
We roll each part into a sausage.
We roll the dough sausages into bagels.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put the bagels on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the bagels.
Bake the bagels in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Curd bagels with cheese and sesame seeds are ready. Let them cool down and serve.
