Ingredients
For the dough:
Cottage cheese – 200 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Flour – 130-160 g (1 glass with a capacity of 200 ml ± 1 tablespoon with a slide)
Add an egg, a pinch of salt and flour, sifted with baking powder.
Knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour, depending on the moisture content of the curd. It took me 140 grams. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with foil and leave for 10 minutes.
Divide the chocolate into 12 equal pieces. Cut the banana into 12 circles of equal thickness.
Make a sausage from the dough and cut into 12 equal parts.
Use your hands to form a cake with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
Put a piece of banana in the center of the cake and put a piece of chocolate on it.
Tuck the edges towards the center and pinch.
Form a bun.
Turn the buns over and cover, fry for another 4 minutes, until tender.
Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Sprinkle this mixture over ready-made banana-chocolate cottage cheese buns.
