Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds, prepared according to our recipe in a multicooker, is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. Delicate cottage cheese-poppy dessert will delight you and your household will absolutely love it.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Put soft cottage cheese, starch, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks in a large bowl. Mix everything with a spoon.
Using a mixer, beat the whites with sugar until fluffy.
Add the protein foam to the curd mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Pour poppy seeds into the resulting mass and mix until smooth.
Lubricate the multicooker container liberally with butter, and cover the bottom with a round piece of edible paper so that our finished curd casserole can be easily removed. Pour the curd-poppy dough into the prepared bowl. Let’s set the required time – this is 1 hour. Let’s start the multicooker in the “Baking” mode.
