Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds (in a slow cooker)

Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds, prepared according to our recipe in a multicooker, is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. Delicate cottage cheese-poppy dessert will delight you and your household will absolutely love it.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (fat-free) – 400 g
  • Sour cream (fat content 15%) – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Potato starch – 75 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Poppy (blue) – 40 g

Directions

  1.  Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Put soft cottage cheese, starch, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks in a large bowl. Mix everything with a spoon.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the whites with sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the protein foam to the curd mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour poppy seeds into the resulting mass and mix until smooth.
  5. Lubricate the multicooker container liberally with butter, and cover the bottom with a round piece of edible paper so that our finished curd casserole can be easily removed. Pour the curd-poppy dough into the prepared bowl. Let’s set the required time – this is 1 hour. Let’s start the multicooker in the “Baking” mode.
  6. A beep sounded. Let’s open the lid of our kitchen assistant and let the finished curd casserole cool a little in a slow cooker.
  7. Put the curd casserole on a dish.
  8. If desired, you can decorate the curd casserole with poppy seeds with pieces of fruit, you can fill it with icing, or you can simply sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
  9. Let’s make coffee, put a slice of the most delicate curd-poppy casserole on a plate, and start tasting.
