Process all ingredients together and knead well, then place on top of each other and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Pull the dough apart, do not knead, just lay it on top of each other and roll out about 2-4 mm thin. Do this several times, pull apart and put on top of each other (2-3x). When you have the desired smooth consistency, you can process the dough further.
It can be kept for up to a week.
