Prepare the couscous according to the instructions. I boil it with 4 times the amount of water and then let it steep until the water is soaked up.
Put the flour, sugar, honey, oil and margarine in a bowl. The dry yeast can also be added without stirring, for the better I prefer to dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk and let it rise for about 10-20 minutes before adding it.
Mix all ingredients briefly and add the couscous. Add water as needed to form a smooth dough. If the dough gets too sticky, add a little more flour. Since the couscous itself is still relatively moist, you should add water sparingly and knead the dough well first.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours (or a little longer if it`s relatively cool).
Knead the dough again (you may need some more flour) and shape it into a loaf or roll. Let rise for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake on the bottom with a bowl of water for about 30 minutes. It is best to place the dough on baking paper instead of a tray so that the underside does not stay too wet.
After baking, turn the bread over immediately and let it cool down.
