- Bring the milk or water to the boil with the salt, remove from the heat. It gets creamier with milk.
- Add the couscous and dried fruits, leave to soak for 5 - 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- After the couscous has swelled: Mix the fruit, yoghurt, honey, orange or fruit juice and cinnamon with the couscous and serve.
- Tip: add fresh mint or lemon zest for that extra freshness kick.
