Instructions

  1. Bring the milk or water to the boil with the salt, remove from the heat. It gets creamier with milk.
  2. Add the couscous and dried fruits, leave to soak for 5 - 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  3. After the couscous has swelled: Mix the fruit, yoghurt, honey, orange or fruit juice and cinnamon with the couscous and serve.
  4. Tip: add fresh mint or lemon zest for that extra freshness kick.
