Ingredients
- 2 dl milk or water
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 125 g couscous
- 50 g dried fruits, e.. apricots in strips, raisins, fis
- 2 tablespoon nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 fruit, e.g. banana, apple, peach, handful berries
- 180 g natural yourt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon orange juice or fruit juice
- 2 pinches cinnamon powder
- Mint

- Bring the milk or water to the boil with the salt, remove from the heat. It gets creamier with milk.
- Add the couscous and dried fruits, leave to soak for 5 - 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- After the couscous has swelled: Mix the fruit, yoghurt, honey, orange or fruit juice and cinnamon with the couscous and serve.
- Tip: add fresh mint or lemon zest for that extra freshness kick.
