Ingredients

  • 400 g natural yourt
  • 300 g berries, mixed, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 5 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Thaw frozen berries, wash fresh berries, cut in half or small according to size and mix with the yogurt together with oat flakes and nuts. All kinds of berries are suitable for this: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries. Frozen fruit can be used in winter.
