Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 ½ cup sesame
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup honey or brown sugar
- 0.5 ½ cup oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Grease for the trays

- Cook time: 30 minutes
- Total time: 40 minutes
- Mix coconut flakes, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and nuts in a large bowl.
- Combine honey or brown sugar, oil and cinnamon and heat. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients, mix carefully and spread on 1 - 2 greased baking sheets.
- Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes at 160 ° C top / bottom heat. Make sure to stir the granola again and again, otherwise it can burn very easily in the oven!
- Note: Use a cup with a volume of 200-250 ml.
