Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 50 g sesame (or / and sunflower seeds)
  • 70 g almond (s)
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g dried fruits (such as dates, fis, raisins, etc.)
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • Vanilla pulp, a vanilla stick
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil (or butter / cooking oil)
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Chop the dried fruit and mix with the oat flakes, almonds and sesame seeds. Add the remaining ingredients and knead well with your hands.
