Ingredients

  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 120 g oat flakes, crusty
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g suar, brown
  • 25 g water
  • 25 g cremefine
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, crispy oat flakes and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Heat the sugar, water, Cremefine and olive oil in a saucepan.
  3. Mix the liquid with the seeds and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-30 minutes, turning in between (attention, it can turn brown quickly!). Take out of the oven to cool down.
  4. For me and my 2 children that is enough for almost a week and is always eaten in yogurt for breakfast.
