Mix together the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, crispy oat flakes and pumpkin seeds.
Heat the sugar, water, Cremefine and olive oil in a saucepan.
Mix the liquid with the seeds and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-30 minutes, turning in between (attention, it can turn brown quickly!). Take out of the oven to cool down.
For me and my 2 children that is enough for almost a week and is always eaten in yogurt for breakfast.
