Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 300 g honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 250 g oatmeal, tender
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g hazelnuts, coarsely round

- Melt the butter, honey and salt in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Knead briefly with your hands.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mixture on it and press it into an even, 1 cm thick plate. Lightly pre-punch the granola bars with the dough scraper. Put in the cold oven and then bake at 150 ° C for about 35 minutes.
- Only cut into bars after they have cooled down.
