Ingredients
- 100 g honey
- 80 g cane suar
- 80 g edible bran, (wheat bran)
- 240 g oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 teaspoons flaxseed
- 6 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 80 g cranberries, dried
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- Melt honey and sugar in a non-stick pan.
- Add wheat bran, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, desiccated coconut, cranberries and cinnamon and stir everything well.
- Put the muesli mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking foil and roast in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Stir in between.
- Let the muesli cool down and chop it up if necessary.
- A portion of approx. 35 g, varies depending on the total amount, has 4 PP.
