Ingredients

  • 150 g oat flakes, or spelled flakes, preferably crunchy
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds, sunflower or pine nuts
  • 50 g walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts
  • 100 g honey, or aave syrup, maple syrup
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice (s), e.g. vanilla and cinnamon
  • 40 g oil

Instructions

  1. Mix any flakes with the nuts, a sweetener such as honey, oil, salt, seeds and spices.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until there are no large lumps left.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C convection or 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Then spread the sticky mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes. Turn once after approx. 10 minutes.
  5. Bake a little longer depending on the degree of browning you want, that is a matter of taste.
  6. It is normal for the mass to be a bit sticky when it is removed. After cooling, however, it is wonderfully crispy and the larger chunks can be easily crumbled apart. This is how the typical muesli can be portioned.
