- 200 g oat flakes, normal, neither pithy nor tender
- 20 g wheat flour, white or whole rain
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 ml water

- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, preferably by hand, until the batter forms a large lump. The lump shouldn`t stick, but it shouldn`t fall apart easily either. If e.g., When extrapolating the ingredients, the consistency does not fit, simply touch up carefully with water or flour or oat flakes.
