Ingredients
- 250 g oatmeal
- 100 g chips (banana)
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon sugar, or cane sugar
- 75 ml oil

- Put the banana chips in a freezer bag and crumble them with the rolling pin, then mix with oat flakes, desiccated coconut and sugar.
- Combine the oil and honey and add to the dry ingredients, stir once and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes, always keeping an eye on the muesli so that nothing burns. Turn and stir frequently so that all ingredients can turn golden yellow.
- Take out, let cool and pour into storage jars.
