Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 80 g flaxseed
  • 80 g almond (s)
  • 80 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 170 g honey, liquid, a stron variety
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 tablespoon butter, liquid

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop all the nuts and the almonds. Mix in the oatmeal and flaxseed. Pour the liquid honey, the liquid butter and the brown sugar over it. Mix everything together well. Preferably with your hands.
  2. Cover a tray with baking paper and distribute the nut-honey mixture on top.
  3. Bake in the oven at approx. 120 ° C for about 40 minutes until golden. Turn it often with a fork and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Take out and let cool.
  5. Well packed in a can, it will keep fresh for about a month.
  6. Tip: If you have a little more time, you can go down to 100 ° C after 15 minutes and simply leave the muesli in the oven for longer, so it can`t get too dark so quickly.
  7. It tastes very good with yogurt, cold milk and fresh fruit. It can also be used very well for (layered) desserts.
