Briefly fry the onion with the chopped paprika in oil, then add the tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the cream and broth and season with salt and pepper.
Incidentally, let the couscous steep for 5 minutes in a cup with 200 ml of boiling water. If there is still water after the 5 minutes, simply pour it off.
Add the swollen couscous to the pan. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
