Instructions

  1. Let the couscous soak in boiling hot water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and fold them into the swollen couscous. Add the parsley cut into fine strips. Stir in the lemon juice and sesame oil and season the salad with salt and pepper.
