Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and fry in a little olive oil. Cut peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and zucchini into small cubes and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and the vegetable stock and sprinkle in the couscous, bring to the boil briefly. Add tomato paste, stir well, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the stove on the lowest setting. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, then stir in part of the cheese. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with the rest of the cheese.
