Instructions

  1. Mix the dry couscous with the desiccated coconut and scald with 40 ml of boiling water. To let go.
  2. Mix coconut milk, vanilla powder, sour cream and yoghurt and season with sweetener.
  3. Dice the mango and mix with the couscous, pour the coconut sauce over or mix.
  4. Garnish with desiccated coconut and serve cold.
