Ingredients
- 20 g couscous
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon sour cream
- 60 g yourt
- sweetener
- 50 g mano (s)
- 40 ml boiling water

- Mix the dry couscous with the desiccated coconut and scald with 40 ml of boiling water. To let go.
- Mix coconut milk, vanilla powder, sour cream and yoghurt and season with sweetener.
- Dice the mango and mix with the couscous, pour the coconut sauce over or mix.
- Garnish with desiccated coconut and serve cold.
