Ingredients
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 bag / s vanilla pudding powder
- some desiccated coconut

- Remove 5 tablespoons of the coconut milk and mix together with the sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
- Heat the rest of the milk. When the milk boils, take it off the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. Briefly bring to the boil again. Then let it cool down and pour into a dessert bowl.
- Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut before serving.
