Instructions

  1. Remove 5 tablespoons of the coconut milk and mix together with the sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
  2. Heat the rest of the milk. When the milk boils, take it off the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. Briefly bring to the boil again. Then let it cool down and pour into a dessert bowl.
  3. Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut before serving.
