Instructions

  1. Prepare the carrots and onion.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the onion cubes and sauté briefly. After 2 minutes add the grated carrots and fry. Deglaze everything with tomato juice. Add the couscous and bring to the boil once.
  4. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
