- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion (s), finely chop
- 300 g carrot (s), peel and rate
- 30 ml rapeseed oil
- 750 ml tomato juice
- 250 g couscous
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- salt and pepper

- Prepare the carrots and onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onion cubes and sauté briefly. After 2 minutes add the grated carrots and fry. Deglaze everything with tomato juice. Add the couscous and bring to the boil once.
- Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
