- 600 g minced beef
- 1 onion (s)
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 can corn
- 150 ml beef broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Fry the minced beef and the finely chopped onion in the olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and corn and cook with them. Pour in the broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Just before serving, add the creme fraîche, bring to the boil again and season to taste. Rice or pasta tastes good with it, of course, but also the oven pancake from Finland without sugar but with salt and pepper.
