Pasta with Ground Beef

I add tomatoes and onions to the pasta with ground beef. It turns out to be a very hearty and tasty lunch or dinner in a hurry. Enjoy cooking!

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Pasta – 500 Grams
- Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
- Ground beef – 500 grams
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Salt – To taste
- Ground black pepper – To taste
Directions
- Place the pasta to simmer. Meanwhile, cut the garlic into thin slices and fry in a skillet.
- Place the ground beef with the garlic. Simmer the minced meat until tender.
- Finely chop the onion and tomatoes, add to the minced meat and fry everything together until the minced meat is fully cooked.
- When the pasta is ready, drain the pan and add the minced meat to the pasta. Stir. Simmer a little under the lid over low heat, but not for long, otherwise the pasta will burn. Serve garnished with herbs.
