This ground beef recipe is a godsend! From it, cutlets are also juicy and tasty, and all kinds of rolls, where you can use a lot of tasty things as a filling!

- Beef – 1 Kilogram
- Onion – 2 Pieces
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Baton – 2 Slices (soak in water or milk)
- Sour cream – 2 Art. spoons (can be replaced with water, milk or mayonnaise.)
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- So, we first pass our meat through a meat grinder – beef. Chop the onion in a blender, soak the loaf in milk.
- And now, when you have prepared all the ingredients, mix them in one large saucepan or bowl. Minced meat is ready!
