Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes almost cooked or even cooked, peeled and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Place in a baking dish or in the deep oven pan. Sprinkle with bacon / boiled ham.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the cream and sliced spring onion as well as the spices and put a dollop on each of the potatoes. Sprinkle with Emmentaler and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
