Ingredients
- 12 potato (s), waxy
- 200 g bacon, (smoked pork belly or boiled ham)
- 2 cups sour cream, (or sour cream)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 spring onion (s)
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- nutmeg
- 200 g cheese, (Emmentaler) rated

- Boil the potatoes almost cooked or even cooked, peeled and cut in half lengthways.
- Place in a baking dish or in the deep oven pan. Sprinkle with bacon / boiled ham.
- Mix the sour cream with the cream and sliced spring onion as well as the spices and put a dollop on each of the potatoes. Sprinkle with Emmentaler and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
