Instructions

  1. Hard boil the egg for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, stir together the mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt, pepper and herbs. Chop the gherkins and spring onions and mix in with the crabs. Rinse the cooked egg, cut into small cubes and carefully fold in.
  2. Perfect for a low-carbohydrate diet. The salad certainly tastes good as a delicious spread.
