  1. Clean the carrots and cut into thin slices. Heat the oil in a coated saucepan, sauté the carrots. Sprinkle with the broth and potato flour, deglaze with cream.
  2. Cook everything for about 15 minutes with the lid closed and low heat. Season again to taste and, if necessary, season with salt and pepper.
