Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Peel the clove of garlic. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and place in a mixing bowl with the garlic, crème fraîche, and cream cheese. Puree everything and stir in salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Goes well with vegetable sticks or just for snacking.
