Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the mandarins. The skin should be completely removed. Use the juice with.
  2. Wash the spring onions well and cut them very finely.
  3. Mix the cheese, cream and yoghurt together until smooth and fold in the other ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. This cream can be used with fondue, jacket potatoes, as a spread or for dipping.
