- 250 g double cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 3 mandarin (s)
- Fleur de Sel
- pepper
- 100 g natural yourt

- Peel and fillet the mandarins. The skin should be completely removed. Use the juice with.
- Wash the spring onions well and cut them very finely.
- Mix the cheese, cream and yoghurt together until smooth and fold in the other ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- This cream can be used with fondue, jacket potatoes, as a spread or for dipping.
