  • 2 cups cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 shot milk if necessary

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Put the cream cheese with the onion in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika and stir. If the cream is too thick, just add a dash of milk.
  2. I serve homemade bread and chopped vegetables with the cheese cream.
  3. Tip: It is best to make the cream the day before, then it can penetrate well and tastes even better.
