Ingredients
- 400 g double cream cheese
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 leek stick (s)

- Clean the leek stick, divide lengthways and cut into fine slices. Whip the cream.
- Mix the cream cheese, leek and salt with the hand mixer, fold in the whipped cream. Let everything go well. Serving and garnishing.
- The leek cream tastes very good on freshly baked whole grain bread or baguette. It is the hit on every buffet.
