Ingredients
- 1 kg leek
- 75 g ham, smoked, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml broth
- 1 tablespoon, leveled flour
- 1 teaspoon, heaped broth, grained
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Clean the leek, cut into half rings and wash thoroughly.
- Drain well.
- Melt the clarified butter in a saucepan and fry the ham cubes vigorously. Add the leek, sauté and let it take some color. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for 10 minutes with the pot open.
- Dust with the flour, stir and pour the cream on. Bring to the boil briefly.
- Season hearty with the spices and the granulated broth.
- Any kind of meat goes well with it, but also fish with e.g. boiled potatoes.
