Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 2 leeks
- 250 ml cream
- 2 piece (s) cream cheese
- 1 pinch (s) Fondor
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Cut the leek into fine rings. Put in a pan (without fat).
- Add the cream and reduce it briefly. Add any amount of cream cheese. Season to taste with the spices. Bring to the boil once & then simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta al dente. Arrange the pasta on a plate & top with the vegetables Mmmhhhhh delicious!
