Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into fine rings. Put in a pan (without fat).
  2. Add the cream and reduce it briefly. Add any amount of cream cheese. Season to taste with the spices. Bring to the boil once & then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta al dente. Arrange the pasta on a plate & top with the vegetables Mmmhhhhh delicious!
