Instructions

  1. Total time: 15 minutes
  2. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat and allow to cool. Clean the leek, cut into pieces approx. 2 cm long, rinse and drain well. Wash the raisins and drain them. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the leek in it until translucent. Deglaze with broth and pepper. Add the raisins and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring in the breadcrumbs after 5 minutes so that the whole thing is creamy. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pine nuts.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
