Instructions

  1. Clean the leek, cut into half rings and wash thoroughly.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Melt the clarified butter in a saucepan and fry the ham cubes vigorously. Add the leek, sauté and let it take some color. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for 10 minutes with the pot open.
  4. Dust with the flour, stir and pour the cream on. Bring to the boil briefly.
  5. Season hearty with the spices and the granulated broth.
  6. Any kind of meat goes well with it, but also fish with e.g. boiled potatoes.
