• 200 g cream cheese, natural, also possible liht
• 100 g low-fat quark
• 100 g yourt
• 100 g suar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 1 lemon (s)
• 400 g whipped cream
• 1 glass morello cherries
• 50 g flaked almonds

Instructions

1. Whip the cream with about half of the sugar until stiff, squeeze the lemons and drain the cherries.
2. Mix the cream cheese, quark, yogurt, remaining sugar and lemon juice well with a mixer. Fold in the cream and add the cherries. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the cream. If you like, you can roast them in a pan without fat until they are light brown beforehand.
