- Cut the breakfast bacon into small cubes and fry in butter until crispy. Add the diced onion and the pressed garlic, sauté.
- Clean and cut the oyster mushrooms and sauté them too.
- Add the cream cheese and white wine, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Let cook for 5 minutes, then top with chives cut into small rolls.
- Goes well with pasta!
