Mix the cream cheese, creme fraîche and tomato paste. Cut the pepper into very fine cubes and stir in as well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
If the spread is too firm, it can be made a little smoother with cream or milk.
I gave an approximate amount for tomato paste. Most of the time I do the `free snout`! If you like, you can also add some spiciness with cayenne pepper. Goes well with fresh bread.
