Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche or
- Double cream
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- some paprika powder, noble sweet
- some paprika, hot as rose
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- possibly cayenne pepper
- some cream or milk, possibly
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste, approx.

- Mix the cream cheese, creme fraîche and tomato paste. Cut the pepper into very fine cubes and stir in as well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- If the spread is too firm, it can be made a little smoother with cream or milk.
- I gave an approximate amount for tomato paste. Most of the time I do the `free snout`! If you like, you can also add some spiciness with cayenne pepper. Goes well with fresh bread.
